Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. This role collaborates with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget integration outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with PMP preferred and strong stakeholder management skills; MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage project governance.
• Develop frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate status and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and governance throughout integration programs.
