Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A in the United States. This role leads merger and acquisition integrations and major transformation programs, partnering with executives, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will define roadmaps, manage scope, risks, milestones, and governance, while coordinating internal and external resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, governance.
• Project Scope & Requirements: collaborate with stakeholders to set objectives and priorities.
• M&A Integration Leadership: lead cross-functional integration initiatives.
• Transformation Program Management: oversee large-scale projects aligning processes and teams.
• Resource Coordination: manage internal and external resources for delivery.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: maintain detailed plans and track milestones within budgets.
• Change Management: manage changes and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Risk Management: identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide regular updates to leadership on status and outcomes.
• Documentation & Governance: maintain project docs, plans, and logs.
