Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to drive merger and acquisition integration initiatives and large-scale transformation efforts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office. Remote work options exist for candidates in Eastern Time Zones, with on-site flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Ability to influence across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive reports and docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support integration.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and transformation programs.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects and ensure alignment of processes and systems.
• Manage internal resources and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans and milestones.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to leadership.
