Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. This role acts as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross‑functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

You will develop project frameworks, manage risks, and drive alignment to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required.
• 8–10+ years P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred
• PMP certification preferred (optional)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute M&A integration projects and transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and coordinate with executives and external partners.
• Develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders.
