Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. The role acts as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure outcomes meet objectives.

You will develop project frameworks, manage risks, and drive alignment to keep initiatives on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• MBA and PMP preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive results and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives across the organization.
