Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations across the organization. You will work with executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and strategic outcomes are met.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with PMP preferred and strong leadership, communication, and organizational change capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large transformations is preferred.
• PMI/ PMP certification preferred; strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration initiatives and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop project governance, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage risks, budgets, and change control throughout integrations.
• Collaborate with executives, acquired entities, and external partners.
• Provide executive reports, presentations, and decision logs.
