Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A Integration. This role plans, coordinates, and executes merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization, collaborating with executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

You will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive alignment to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget, while leading cross-functional teams through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required or equivalent.
• PMP certification and MBA preferred for leadership in complex integrations.
• 8-10+ years of project management experience in P&C insurance.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support M&A integrations and large-scale transformations.
• Manage risks, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder expectations throughout integration programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Lead change management and communication with executive leadership and partners.
