Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. You will act as the liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8–10+ years of P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report status to leadership.
• Manage risks, changes, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and operations to drive execution.
