Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integration projects across the organization, serving as a liaison between executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires 8–10 years of P&C insurance experience, a business degree (MBA preferred), and strong program management and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 8-10 years of P&C insurance experience managing a book.
• MBA is preferred and PMP certification is favored.
• Experience leading M&A integrations and large-scale transformations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and report status.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive process improvements and organizational alignment.
