Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to lead merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proven leadership capability with a track record of driving results and managing competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and align with business priorities
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process and systems alignment
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones within budget
• Manage changes and stakeholder alignment throughout implementation
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Develop communication plans and updates for leadership
• Use metrics and reporting to evaluate progress and initiative success
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records
• Partner with leaders across functions to drive execution and continuous improvement
• Demonstrate effective project leadership and change capabilities
• Champion IOA values in all interactions
