OUTCOMES is seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive growth through acquisitions and strategic investments. This role leads financial modeling, due diligence, deal execution, and integration planning in collaboration with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in evaluating targets, structuring transactions, and managing complex multi-functional teams to deliver value from evaluation through close and post-merger integration.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or related field.
Experience leading deals from evaluation through closing and integration.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead M&A strategy and deal evaluation with executive leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across Finance, Legal, HR, Tech and Operations.
Develop business cases and recommendations for transactions.
Support negotiation and terms with executives and legal counsel.
Plan integration, track synergies, and monitor post-close results.
