Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions. You will lead financial models, due diligence, and integration planning in partnership with executive leadership.

You will manage cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations, guiding strategy, transaction terms, and post-close synergy tracking to support Day 1 readiness and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating complex due diligence processes involving multiple functional stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
• Assess potential acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and other investment opportunities.
• Develop business cases and recommendations regarding transaction opportunities.
• Conduct market, industry, competitive, and company-specific analyses to support investment decisions.
• Maintain and evaluate the acquisition pipeline and support prioritization of opportunities.
