Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive growth through identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and strategic investments. You will lead financial and strategic analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and integration planning while partnering with executives to ensure alignment with long‑term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills; due diligence coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A strategy and deal evaluation with cross-functional teams.
• Build and analyze financial models, valuation, accretion/dilution, and scenarios.
• Coordinate due diligence across Finance, Legal, HR, Technology, Operations and Compliance.
• Manage transaction workstreams, timelines, data requests, and external advisors.
• Develop integration plans, track synergies, and support Day 1 readiness.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership and external partners.
