Job summary

Outcomes is seeking a seasoned Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions and investments. You will lead financial and strategic analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and integration planning while partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex transactions from initial evaluation through close and post‑transaction integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive M&A strategy and deal evaluation.
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses to support investments.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and data requests.
• Support negotiation and terms with leadership and counsel.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable integration plans.
• Support Day 1 readiness and post-close execution.
• Track synergies, milestones, and business outcomes.
