Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and strategic investments. You will lead financial analysis, due diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration, partnering with the executive team.

The role requires strong financial acumen, strategic judgement, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex transactions across the full lifecycle from initial screening to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or related field.
• Experience leading M&A transactions from evaluation through closing.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating due diligence with multiple functional stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
