Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic initiatives, due diligence and new business development in health tech and biopharma. This role supports management, across global teams, with a focus on inorganic opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in a scientific/technical/finance field; an MBA is strongly preferred. 5+ years in BD/M&A/Strategy (3+ in healthcare) and solid financial analysis are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred; 5+ years in BD/M&A/Strategy with 2+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead due diligence, business case development and board approvals.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Present strategies and findings to management and external partners.
