Job summary

You will interact with Fresenius management teams and lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.

The role requires strong financial analysis, valuation skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in business development, M&A, strategy and 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas to identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead project management with functional leads and cross-functional teams to deliver corporate projects through due diligence and business case development.
• Prepare pitch documents for Fresenius management to facilitate alignment and prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage internal strategic corporate portfolio analysis and recommendations of new business areas and target evaluations.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Manage strategic corporate projects through all phases from identification to execution.
• Work with stakeholders to present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Leverage market insights to inform strategy and future direction of the business.
