Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager of Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic opportunities, including healthcare-related ventures and digital health initiatives. You will interact with senior management and manage cross-functional teams across our U.S. footprint.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant fields, strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to travel up to 15%. A BS/BA in a technical/finance field is required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field is required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD, M&A, Strategy and business analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Demonstrated success in a highly complex, matrix organization.
• Comfortable with ambiguous/rapidly changing situations and travel up to 15% (including international).

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management and support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage corporate portfolio analyses and evaluation of new business areas and scenarios.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities from identification to negotiations and execution.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver on corporate projects and due diligence.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces including consultants and banks.
• Use market insights to inform strategy and future direction of the business.
