Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 3+ years of experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and targets across Fresenius business areas for inorganic growth.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Develop valuation analyses using DCF, NPV, and precedent transactions.
• Collaborate with global teams to execute strategic projects and partnerships.
