Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through inorganic and organic strategic initiatives, including digital health and ventures. You will engage with senior management and cross-functional teams, with regular travel to support global initiatives.

The role emphasizes due diligence, business case development, and execution across Fresenius' global portfolio, requiring strong financial acumen and presentation skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Demonstrated success in a highly complex, matrix organization.
• Comfortable/thrives in ambiguous/rapidly evolving situations.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas to identify inorganic growth targets.
• Lead project management with functional leads and cross-functional teams to deliver corporate projects (due diligence, business case, approvals, execution).
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage internal strategic corporate portfolio analyses and new business area evaluations.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV, and precedents.
• Manage inorganic opportunities through all phases from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Support strategy discussions with market insights and directional thinking.
