Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager of Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic opportunities and new business development, including digital health and emerging technologies. Expect regular collaboration with global teams and senior management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role involves due diligence, business case development, and board-ready analyses, with travel to support engagements and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific/technical/finance required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas and identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead project management with functional leads, regional heads and global teams for due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents for Fresenius management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage internal corporate portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas, target evaluations, scenario planning and modeling.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV and precedent analysis.
• Manage inorganic opportunities through all phases from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces including consultants, brokers and investment banks.
• Leverage market insights to support discussions on strategy and future direction of the business.
