Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a strategic leader for the Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A role to drive growth across inorganic opportunities and digital health initiatives. You will interact with senior management, orchestrate due diligence, and develop compelling business cases to inform board decisions.

Based in or near Lake Zurich, IL, the role offers travel up to 15%, including international trips, and eligibility for annual bonus at 10% of base salary. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or finance field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, strategy, and analytics with healthcare experience.
• Strong financial statement literacy and business impact awareness.
• Ability to operate in a complex matrix organization and travel up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth in Fresenius Kabi spaces.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment on targets.
• Manage portfolio analysis, target evaluations and scenario planning.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analysis.
• Advance corporate projects through identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a premier partner to external stakeholders.
• Leverage market insights to inform strategy and future direction.
