Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and drive retail performance across the Americas via data-driven strategies.
• Develop 360 Go to Market plans to support brand priorities and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional presentations for Business Reviews and Budgets.
• Forecast weekly with regional leadership and liaise with Finance on semiannual forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and adjust in-season plans for sales and profitability.
• Own retail goal-setting and tracking; develop incentives to boost business.
• Collaborate on CRM initiatives and inventory/stock movements.
