Job summary

Moncler seeks a Retail Performance Analyst to support the VP of Retail in monitoring 360-degree business performance across the Americas retail network. You will develop performance reports, analyze sales and operational trends, and prepare compelling presentations to guide strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient with Excel and data visualization tools. This role requires onsite work in New York with collaboration across Finance, Merchandising,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, retail management, or data analytics.
Minimum 4 years of experience in retail analytics or a related field.
Experience in luxury retail or multi-store environments preferred.
Experience preparing business performance reports and presenting to management.

Responsibilities

Analyze daily to monthly store performance across KPIs.
Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards.
Support cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Merchandising, and People & Organization.
Develop executive presentations for VP of Retail and senior leadership.
Monitor staffing costs and workforce productivity.
