• 5–8 years of management consulting experience in retail/apparel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Experience delivering strategy programs to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• International travel required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Global CEO to visualize and execute the business strategy for commercial growth and development.
• Review operations at Brand Headquarters with the Global CEO.
• Develop and deliver process-oriented strategies for new ways of working.
• Collaborate with department leaders to strengthen customer engagement.
• Create structures to tackle ambiguity and drive rigorous frameworks.
• Support the Global CEO in communicating the company’s vision and values to stakeholders.
• Prepare executive management reports by collecting and analyzing business data.
