Kering in New York is seeking a Senior Manager/Director, Client Engagement to drive CRM analytics, client development strategies, and elevated experiences across the Americas, reporting to the Vice President of Retail Experience.

You will partner with Retail leadership to translate client insights into initiatives that strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and grow revenue; lead client events, segmentation, and training on Luce.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in CRM, client engagement, or luxury retail marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience supporting multi-unit retail organizations and clienteling initiatives.
