Job summary

Moncler S.P.A. in New York is seeking a Retail Performance Analyst to support the VP of Retail in monitoring 360-degree performance across the Americas retail network.

You will develop performance reports, analyze sales and operational trends, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and presentation tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in retail analytics, business analysis, or related field.
• Experience preparing performance reports and presenting to leadership.
• Experience in luxury/multi-store retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store performance across KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV, DPT, CRM productivity).
• Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Support staffing cost analysis, scheduling, and workforce planning.
