Job summary

Moncler in New York is seeking a Retail Performance Analyst to support the VP of Retail by monitoring performance across the Americas retail network and translating data into actionable insights. You will develop reports, analyze sales, and support planning with finance, merchandising, client relations, and People & Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Retail Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in retail analytics, business analysis, financial analysis, retail operations, or related function.
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a multi-store retail environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly store performance across key retail KPIs and client-development metrics.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards; support leadership with insights.
• Develop and deliver clear executive presentations and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on forecasting, planning, and performance improvement.
