Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if not in business.
• 5+ years in supply chain management related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of complex, consultative solutions experience.
• Direct consulting in transportation, logistics, and/or TMS at C‑Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and understand drivers for value‑based improvements.
• Assess current state and document it for prospects.
• Coordinate assessment process and maintain timelines.
• Develop a solutions strategy with cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Assist sales in demonstrations of technology platforms to close deals.
• Create pricing strategies for services that are competitive and attractive.
• Document future solution for presentations and documentation.
• Report unfulfilled needs and recommendations to Solutions leadership.
• Support ongoing improvement and best practices documentation.
