Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assess, develop, and support the implementation of logistics solutions that enhance client business models. You will analyze current states, design future states, and price multi-mode service offerings for profitability.

Qualifications

BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if not in business.
5+ years in supply chain management or related fields.
LEAN / Six Sigma certification or experience a plus.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong collaboration with internal operations teams during solution development.

Responsibilities

Assess validated prospects' current supply chain program by documenting current state.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions meeting client needs and profitability.
Price complex multi-mode service solutions and contribute to proposals.
Support deal cycle with demonstrations of technology platforms.
Communicate effectively with prospects and clients via phone, web, or on-site.
Assist in transitioning clients from sales to implementation teams.
