Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assess, develop, and support logistics solutions throughout the deal cycle. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, business acumen, and creative problem solving to design profitable client solutions.

The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and prospective clients to ensure solutions meet stated needs and can be operated effectively within the organization.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if degree not in business.
• 5+ years in supply chain management-related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of complex, consultative solutions experience.
• Direct consulting in transportation, logistics, or TMS at C-Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Transportation Insight's value and differentiators to clients across all modes.
• Gather client requirements and identify drivers for value-based supply chain improvements.
• Assess current state of client programs and document findings.
• Coordinate assessment process and manage timelines with internal teams.
• Support solution design meetings and coordinate resources for proposals.
