Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assess, design, and support logistics solutions for current and prospective clients. You will lead a hands-on effort across sales, consulting, and delivery teams, applying data analysis to craft optimal future states and profitable offerings.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to price complex multi-mode services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into workable solutions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if not in business.
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum 4+ years in complex, consultative solutions.
• Direct consulting experience in transportation, logistics, and/or TMS at the C‑Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value and differentiators of Transportation Insight across all modes.
• Gather client requirements and key value drivers for improvements.
• Assess prospects' current supply chain by documenting current state.
• Coordinate assessment process and hold timelines.
• Understand client's systems and objectives to propose best solution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategy and framework.
• Lead solution design meetings and coordinate internal resources.
• Assist pricing strategies and demonstrate platforms to close deals.
• Report unfulfilled needs and recommendations to Solutions leadership.
• Support transition from sales to implementation teams.
