Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred if Bachelor's not in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain management.
• Minimum 4 years of complex, consultative solutions experience.
• Direct consulting experience in transportation, logistics, and/or TMS at the C-Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value and differentiators of Transportation Insight as a logistics partner across all modes.
• Gather client requirements and drivers for value-based supply chain improvements.
• Assess current state of client programs and document current state.
• Coordinate assessment process and maintain timelines across internal teams.
• Understand client systems and requirements to propose best-fit solutions.
• Develop solutions strategy with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Lead strategy meetings and coordinate internal resources for prospect engagement.
• Document future solution for presentations and documentation.
• Assist in pricing strategies for TI services to be competitive and attractive.
• Support sales by demonstrating technology platforms to close new business.
• Communicate with prospects and clients via phone, web, and on-site as needed.
• Report client needs and potential improvements with recommendations to Solutions leadership.
• Assist with transitioning clients from sales to implementation/account management teams.
