The role collaborates with branch operations, product teams, and the Sales Coordinator to meet revenue, account management, and customer satisfaction goals. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, or 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, or 5+ years of relevant freight forwarding/logistics experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Self-starter with strong customer interaction and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and hunt new business opportunities within assigned territory; visit customers and build relationships.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts; respond to pricing requests and coordinate with operations.
• Present proposals, extend services, and negotiate terms; work with international offices on leads.
