The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience in logistics BD. Up to 40% travel is expected; bachelor's degree preferred, and a competitive bonus plan is available.

Qualifications

• Six years in Business Development within Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Two years in the respective industry vertical.
• Experience managing a BD team is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
• Experience coaching direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry vertical development strategies aligned to global product plans.
• Attract and retain new Industry Vertical business regionally.
• Collaborate with BD teams to produce new business with key customers.
• Prepare materials with Marketing to promote growth in the Americas.
