Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (SCS) in Jacksonville, FL to serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and drive growth.

This role partners with Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and maintain profitability. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in account management or related fields, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a solid understanding of logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience managing strategic or large customer accounts and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers.
• Represent Yusen professionally in all interactions with customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
