Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and route to Network Carriers.
• Update RTBS orders and coordinate scheduling with Carriers.
• Process and track Return Authorizations and clarifications.
• Manage Open RA reports on a monthly cadence.
• Investigate and resolve 50+ day delivery orders and invoicing.
• Handle inquiries from Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with returning trucks.
• Serve as a backup for Operations Supervisor communications.
