Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Operations Coordinator for our Supply Chain Solutions division, based remotely in the U.S.

The role focuses on managing 4th party relationships with network carriers, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely billing, while delivering high customer satisfaction for Fortune 500 clients. The position requires an operations/Logistics background, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• Operations background in Logistics/Transportation
• Strong organization and communication abilities
• Ability to follow written procedures and build professional relationships

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers
• Update and schedule orders using RTBS reports with Network Carriers
• Process Return Authorizations and clarifications for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report monthly
• Investigate orders on Over 50 report and secure POD or customer feedback for invoicing
• Respond to invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team
• Validate complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email
• Perform other duties as assigned.
