Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC in Texas is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead successful customer onboarding and systems implementations, working closely with operations, account management, and IT. You will learn the customer onboarding process and independently manage projects with minimal direction, traveling to campuses as needed.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, hands-on WMS experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with multiple WMS applications preferred.
• Able to provide creative solutions to business problems and analyze complex data.
• Capable of balancing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Develops business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to think strategically and work independently with limited direction.
• Knowledge of the Supply Chain process, especially receiving and picking.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead all tactical aspects of customer onboarding and systems implementations.
• Serve as the floor-level resource for operations, account management and IT.
• Collaborate with WMS specialists and act as primary resource for basic UAT.
• Execute tasks defined within BRD and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Facilitate the transition of new customers to operations and account teams.
• Travel to customer campuses for extended onboarding support when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
