Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead successful customer onboarding and system/operational deployments. You will collaborate with WMS teams, manage BRD-driven tasks, and travel to customer campuses as needed to support launches.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office and multiple WMS applications is preferred.
