Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office; WMS experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong problem diagnosis and resolution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or several client accounts and provide proactive insights and solutions.
• Assist in order processing using various software platforms.
• Communicate effectively between clients and warehouse/admin teams.
• Understand client contracts and perform basic billing/auditing.
