Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a high-energy Specialized Account Manager to grow our brokerage team and drive specialized transportation solutions. We offer up to 2 weeks of paid training and an opportunity for career growth in the growing supply chain sector.

You will work onsite in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments to win new accounts, optimize pricing, and deliver exceptional customer service with strong data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or related field.
• Strong understanding of specialized equipment, permitting processes, and freight pricing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with carriers to deepen relationships and position ITS as a top specialized transport provider.
• Collaborate with customers to design unique solutions for complex transportation needs.
• Solicit new accounts, document requirements, and execute business processes.
• Train brokerage teams to be experts in specialized transportation.
• Onboard new customers and maintain SOPs; support outside sales with strategy.
• Accurately enter interactions into CRM and manage the client pipeline.
• Negotiate rates and prepare RFPs; ensure data integrity and timely updates.
