Job summary

Röhlig USA seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our freight forwarding services. You will manage a portfolio of clients, support bids and quotations, and coordinate visits with partners to grow our market share in the United States.

You will collaborate with leadership to plan campaigns, attend industry events, and ensure customers receive top-tier service while maintaining compliance and professional relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• Familiar with freight forwarding procedures and regulations.
• Demonstrated customer service and sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop NEW and prospective customers while maintaining existing accounts.
• Assist VP of Sales & Regional VP in bids, RFQs, and quotations with customers, suppliers, and overseas agents.
• Coordinate sales visits within the USA and with overseas partners to aid business development.
