Job summary

Röhlig USA, LLC is seeking an experienced freight forwarding sales professional to drive revenue growth within the USA market. You will develop new and existing client relationships, support bids and quotations with partners abroad, and coordinate visits to promote services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and knowledge of freight forwarding procedures to ensure top-tier service and growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industry related experience required.
• Familiar with freight forwarding procedures, regulations & departments.
• Proven sales and business selling ability & success.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop NEW and prospective customers while maintaining existing accounts.
• Assist in bids, RFQs, quotations with customers and overseas agents.
• Coordinate sales visits with local and overseas partners.
• Quote freight costs to new customers and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain CRM updates and provide weekly activity reports.
