C.H. Robinson is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the pipeline for the Temperature Controlled team across NA. You will engage with sales, account management, and regional directors to generate leads and support complex opportunities.

Based in Eden Prairie, MN, Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ, or Atlanta, GA, you will lead strategic discussions, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years previous sales, operations and/or account management experience.
• Ability to travel 25-40% (domestically or internationally).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with examples of Excel for analysis and modeling.
• Proven ability to create and sell comprehensive solutions and service packages.

• Diagnoses opportunities, qualifies leads, and develops business.
• Markets mode/service to sales and account management teams through ongoing education.
• Drives growth and creates demand for the mode/service to ensure a robust pipeline.
• Seeks to understand customer short/long-term needs and designs solutions.

• Builds relationships across the network and with customers to support the sales process.
