Job summary

C.H. Robinson in Atlanta is seeking an Account Manager to be a trusted partner for customers, managing a group of existing accounts, building long-term relationships, and expanding services to improve efficiency and profitability.

You will identify opportunities, design solutions to supply chain challenges, and collaborate with leadership on pricing and reviews while delivering value through strong communication and project management.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations
• Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by selling C.H. Robinson’s diverse portfolio of services
• Design solutions and help our customers solve their supply chain challenges
• Oversees successful completion of day to day commitments
• Collaborate with account leadership to develop pricing strategies
• Identify issues and consult with the customer to determine best course of action and implement solutions
• Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics
• Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
