Responsibilities

• Hunt new business at healthy margins to grow the account
• Maintain relationships with the customer and stakeholders
• Coordinate and handle bid requests
• Understand operational needs and sell innovative logistics solutions
• Administratively strong to keep timely and accurate processes across multiple projects
• Collaborate globally and cross-functionally to meet KPIs and internal metrics
• Define and help implement client-specific SOPs and ensure adherence
• Identify root cause issues with origin/destination stations and resolve them
• Handle loss and damage claims with customers and internally with insurance
• Monitor performance and ensure timely billing and reporting
