Job summary

MEC is seeking a results-driven logistics sales professional in California to drive new business, manage key client relationships, and coordinate bid requests across air, ocean, trucking, and other services. The role emphasizes maximizing margins while delivering superior customer service.

You will analyze client needs, propose innovative solutions, and work with operations to ensure timely, accurate billing and continuous improvement across the account.

Responsibilities

• Develops new logistics and supply chain solutions including air/ocean freight and trucking.
• Maintains relationships with client stakeholders and coordinates bid requests.
• Quotes pricing accurately and ensures timely submission of bid requests.
• Collaborates with operations to meet service expectations and KPIs.
• Drives client satisfaction by proactive problem solving and issue resolution.
• Coordinates with origin/destination stations to ensure timely billing and service delivery.
