Job summary

Transportation Insight is seeking a Logistics Manager to provide tactical and operational support for a client book, ensuring delivery of solutions per commercial agreements. You will partner with Account Managers to retain clients and drive strategic improvements across the account teams.

The role emphasizes ownership of metrics, collaboration across internal teams, and the ability to identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience with the Transportation industry.
Strong technical skills, specifically with Microsoft suite, (Heavy Excel usage) Transportation Management Systems, Salesforce.com and Reporting/BI Tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the voice of the customer is understood and drive continuous improvement for clients.
Collaborate with Account Managers/Strategic Account Managers to advance client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Own client metrics delivery and KPIs for each assigned book of business.
