The role requires extensive WMS with RF, TMS experience, KPI tracking, budgeting, and collaboration with customers to grow business opportunities and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You will manage staff performance, onboarding, training, and safety compliance, while maintaining an organized, tour-ready facility and strong regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in warehouse management and operations.
• Excellent organization, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and work constructively under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate to appropriate staff, and meet specific goals and deadlines.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, customer-service oriented, and eager to ensure the success of the team.
• Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Establish work procedures and standards to compete at the highest level in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain operational plans including objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
• Meet financial objectives for the facility.
• Oversee warehouse management with WMS and RF usage.
• Manage inbound/outbound loads, transloads, and KPI management with TMS.
• Ensure costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinate with functions and suppliers for productivity.
• Direct resolution of operations and customer service issues.
